Ocean State Job Lot

Love this place. I'd say about nine out of ten times I've found customer service to be great and helpful. Managers Mia, Mary Jane and Bill have been kind and patient and several employees graciously provide help finding things inside the store. Be sure to join insider's club to get discounts and/or free items. A great store started in Rhode Island, the Ocean State, created for us, people and businesses.

This place has amazing prices on EVERYTHING you may need. I also like that they give to the community and veterans!

I love the finds here. Some of my favorites are the pet items, seasonal items. beauty and toiletries and household cleaning and organizing. Always find a good deal on something.

This was was big they had a nice variety of products, the cashier I had was very nice and took her time and making sure that discounts where coming off as she rang my items up. When then leaving the store I realized that some of the items didn't give the full discount that was supposed to come off. So when returning back in the store the young lady working the customer service desk was amazing, she was friendly did a great job in trying to fix the price and return the difference that I would of saved on the discount. This store was great.

The best use of an abandoned Toys R Us I could imagine. The store is clean. The hours open are on average with the other retail stores in the arena hub. The great thing is most of the prices are about half what you would expect. However, you would still do well to have a good knowledge of what things cost, because there are a few things that are not a discount of any kind.
